How do I fix blank pages print in HP OfficeJet Pro 8500

HP OfficeJet Pro 8500
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please help. My HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 prints blank pages. I replaced the ink cartridges and ran the tool checks including alignment, print head clean, etc. Also, I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3 and the diagnostics checked ok. However, test print still results in blank pages. Thanks!

Welcome to HP support community.


Use an automated tool to calibrate the linefeed

  1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.

  2. Press the Setup button.

  3. Select Tools.

  4. Select Calibrate Linefeed.

  5. Press OK.

  6. Print another Print Quality Diagnostic Page to see if the issue is resolved.
