Product: Officejet 7610

I am locked out of being able to run the wireless network setup and need to do some kind of reset, I think.  Please help.

Reset network settings

To reset the administrator password and network settings

1. On the printer control panel, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings .

2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes .

I've tried this but the "restore network default" is locked.  So is "wireless setup wizard" and "WiFi protected setup"  

 

I think I need to know how to override all these.
