Hi,

My credit card is about to expire and I need to update the details on two instant ink accounts.

Account 1: I ave the account details, can log in and have been able to update the credit card details - all good!

Account 2:  The printer belongs to an air cadet squadron and the satff member who set-up the detail has left and no has the account logon or password.  My credit card is used to pay for the instant ink subscription as I'm the treasurer for the aquadron's civillian committee.  I cannot find a way of contacting HP by phone or email to explain this issue.

Is there a way of contacting HP to recover the account details based on the credit card being used?

Thanks

Rob

Hey there! @Rob2028, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you would like to update the credit card details on the instant ink account but you have lost the login credentials for the account.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you registered for instant ink services?

Please share us few details through a private message, so I can check the account details and apply the promo code for you.

Here's what I need to make the necessary changes on your Instant Ink account:

What was your old shipping address?
What is the last four digits of your credit card (I'll be able to reset the password and provide the information you need to update the new credit card details as well if need be)
what is your (old) phone number?
What is the Serial number of the printer?
Instant ink email address?

Also, refer this article to know more information about enrolling in instant ink services. Click Here

Hope to hear from you soon!

I hope you have a great day! 🙂
