i have already tried that method and my printer keeps displaying HP instant INK message

What exactly do you mean by disabling instant ink?
Are you planning to cancel the instant ink service or trying to suspend the service for the time being.
If you wish to cancel the Instant ink service? Have you tried to disable web services on the printer.
What is the product number of the printer?
