Hi @pia1603

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the exact issue you are facing with the printer?
  • Which device are you using to print?

When you insert any one ink cartridge in the printer and try printing, it is called as printing in single-cartridge mode.

To come out of it, you simply have to insert both the ink cartridges unless you have made changes in the software on the PC.
