Deskjet all in one 3545
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I shifted from India to UK with my HP deskjet all in one 3545. I realized that there is no supply of cartridge 678 in UK. Based on advise from a retailer and online check I bought a HP original 650 cartridge from amazon  . The cartridge is incompatible to my printer and gets an error message . I know I need to call HP support for region reset but I cannot get in touch with them . I have tried to contact them using virtual assistant but failed . I need help !

Hello, 

 

The regional reset cannot be done offline. Moreover only Level 2 Tech would be able to do it.

Hence you might have to call HP Tech Support in your region for further assistance.

HP does not have any call support for products not under warranty ! For sure not in UK - I have tried a lot.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
