I gently remind you that we are not obligated to assist - insulting us is unnecessary.

I would guess that this is one of those times when "where you search determines what you find".

I found one source that indicates the minimum size is 3.85 x 5.00 inches.

Other sources agree that 3 x 5 inches is an acceptable "custom size" option.

I would guess that the 3x5 inch size is compatible with Media type "Index" / card.

The trick is to select a supported combination of Media (kind of paper), Source (tray), Paper Size, and Duplex settings.

Ideas...

If, for example, select Media type "Index" / card / Brochure matte / thick paper

If you do not see the paper size you need,

then

Create a Custom Paper Size form from one of the supported card sizes

When setting to print,

  • Select the custom paper size form
  • Select the Media type "closest to what you are using" as available in the list
  • For example, if "Index" card is missing, set thick paper or matte brochure paper
  • Most printers tolerate a 1/2 inch margin (not all) - set the margin and the orientation, too
  • Set Borderless to OFF unless you know for certain your printer tolerates (supports Borderless at this size)
  • Set Duplex to OFF unless you know the printer tolerates Duplex at this size
