  Supported envelopes

To avoid paper jams and other issues, make sure that you are using the correct type and size of envelope when loading the input tray.
note:
Load envelopes in the main input tray only.

NOTE:  The side to be printed on should face up. The flap should be on the left side and facing down.

 

Change the default paper size / type 

If the printer is on the network, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to change the settings

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Word > new document > Mailings > Envelopes

If your address book does not open / provide access to the contents,

Open your mail client software and leave it open.

 

After the envelope settings are in place, Click Print
