Hi everyone

I bought an officejet 5230 on ebay which was advertised as refurbished.  It switches on ok but an error message stays on the screen saying 'use setup cartridges that came with the printer'.  The problem is the printer did not come with any cartridges.  Is it possible to order set up cartridges or to somehow fix this error message?  Please Help!
