Hp Mobil printer model 100
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have a hp Mobil printer that will not print.  I put new  cartridge in printer and it still will not print, even though, before I change the cartridges showed good ink levels In Utilities.  Since I was having a problem I changed the cartridges any and it still won't print

Hello, @Ggg42 – Hope you are well 🙂

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

I see that you are having issues while using the HP Officejet 100 mobile printer. Let’s start by printing a self-test page on the printer. Here are the steps:

  1. Load plain white paper into the tray.

  2. On the product control panel, press and hold the Cancel button () for three seconds. The self-test report prints.

Now, if the test page fails, then I’d suggest you clean the print cartridges. There are three cartridge cleaning levels available. After one level of cleaning, perform the next level of cleaning only if the results are not satisfactory.

  • Press and hold the Power button (), press the Cancel button () two times, and then release the Power button. A level one cartridge cleaning begins.

  • Press and hold the Power button (), press the Cancel button () two times, press the Resume button () once, and then release the Power button. A level two cartridge cleaning begins.

  • Press and hold the Power button (), press the Cancel button () two times, press the Resume button () two times, and then release the Power button. A level three cartridge cleaning begins.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Cheers 🙂
