I have not used the printer for a while. I turned it on and it said that the ink cartridges in there were not compatible. Which is weird because I've never changed them since the last use. They are the 63 xl versions. they used to work fine, in fact, I've replaced them multiple times in the past no problem. So I changed them. I got new 63's not xl versions this time. when I went to instal them I turned it on and I got this error code on the LCD 0XB93E6E9C I've searched online high and low and cant even find this error code listed anywhere!!!! so frustrating!
