My printer said it was low on ink, black stopped working. Replaced the black ink, still didn’t work. The colors were low - read that it won’t print when low or empty. Replaced the colors. Still won’t print. Noticed when taking the cartridges out that inside on the bottom right there is ink out  on the bottom of the inside tray. Is this normal? After alignment my printer still won’t print but is now saying my brand new black is empty. Out of warranty period. Please help!!
