Thank you for your response,

I am using A4 size card but its 360gsm and after downloading the user manual for the printer I did notice the recommendation for 180gsm for professional print outs. Is this the thickest cardstock my printer can take?

Can you please advise the thickest cardstock I can use in my printer that will successfully print.

Many thanks
