Product: Hp photosmart 5510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an issue with my printer acting like its printing documents but, it would only give out blank pieces of paper. I have replaced the cartridges, cleaned the printheads several times, preformed a hard reset, and tried realigning the printheads. The realigning process will not complete, because the printed alignment sheet does not have black ink and is fairly light on ink. What should i do? I am far outside my hp warranty and have several new ink cartridges for this printer.

HP Recommended

You have a printhead problem.

You can try cleaning it using one of the vids on youtube.
