I NEED TO FIND THE CORRECT FORMAT ON MY LENOVO LAPTOP SO I CAN PRINT OUT COPIES ON MY HP OFFICE JET 3830.I'M USING A USB CABLE HOOKUP BETWEEN THE TWO. I HAVE A YETI BLACKOUT MIKE USB. I'M USING A HOT-SPOT CONNECTION THROUGH MY CELL-PHONE TO GET INTERNET SERVICE ON THE LAPTOP.

Using Hotspot to connect the printer and the PC is not recommended. It may not work.
You may use the USB cable connection. Connect these two devices via USB cable.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue on the PC
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Unplug the USB cable between the printer and the PC, Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Refer to this document for more assistance on connecting the printer using a USB cable.
