Product: HP Deskjet 2514
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I am trying to print on small nonstandard  paper 4.875" by 6.75".  I moved the paper guide to the right per the photo example.  The machine prints on normal sized paper 8.5" by 11.0".  When I try to print on the smaller paper, the paper progresses through the printer with suitable printing type noises but there is no printing on the paper.   I don't know how to fix this problem.

Hi,

You would need to create the exact custom paper size, else these results of a blank page will be given due to a paper mismatch error.

 

You may follow these steps to change the paper size setting, make sure that both the document settings and the paper settings match 4.875 inches wide and 6.75 inches long:
