I have replace the black cartridge twice, and all of the color ones. Printed reports, alignment, print head cleaning, all of it. Still can't get black ink to print. Color works great

Since you have already attempted all the required troubleshooting like Printhead cleaning and replacing the cartridges, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
