Product: HP laptop 15-bs0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print from my laptop to my wireless printer.  I have tried restarting Print Spooler, updating driver, restarting computer, router, and printer.  I can print from my phone and my daughter's laptop. Please help!! I have wasted so much time trying to solve this problem.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firstly, please download an run the following tool (for Windows computers only):


          http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe


It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).
