HP Officejet Pro 8610 E-All-In-One Printer Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 E-All-In-One Printer Series Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit) I can't send or receive faxes. It keeps saying my memory is full. I've emptied the fax log but it still won't work. I've tried unplugging everything as well.

It looks like Officejet printers don't have any internal memory, at least not any that is user-accessible, aside from the fax log. Double check that the fax log is emptied by going to Setup > Fax Setup > Fax Tools > Reprint Faxes in Memory > All Faxes in Memory.

The only other thing I know of to try before resetting anything else is to print all your fax reports and see if they report any stored fax logs. After that, if it shows the fax log is clear, try doing a factory reset on the printer.
