Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do i get this to print in color?  There is no choice for color vs grayscale anymore after the last software update i guess.

Please fix that. it works on the directly connected hp pc to the printer, but not with my Lenovo which is connected wirelessly.

i downloaded the latest driver and it doesnt work.  i can only print in black and white. why not color? There is plenty of ink. Please fix this. THanks.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
