I checked out all the other answers and I am still getting a "Remove and reinstall ink cartridge …" message. Is there anything else I can try? Please?

For which ink cartridge are you getting this error?
You may try inserting one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Perform step 3 mentioned in this document.
