I had used this printer for four years. Three days ago its suddenly going "idle" wont work.

HP Desk Jet Ink advantage 1115
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had used this printer for one years. Three days ago its suddenly going "idle" wont work.

I have tried pluged and unpluged all connectors.
I have instaled and uninstaled the software. But not change anything.

I uninstalled and installed again, nothing. 

Please help

Try and update the firmware if there is a new one available

Sorry Morice I do not think this model has a firmware update from what i see on HP's support page.

I would try downloading the latest driver though onto your PC though.  There is also a new scan doctor available as well I would try
