I get a 'Close Tray' message even though the tray IS CLOSED. Rebooting, opening,closing tray does nothing for the error.
this is a brand new printer and have only printed the test page.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue. (Applies to Officejet 9015)
Make sure there are no plastics or cardboards left behind in the printer. Remove all packaging material.
Kindly refer to this document to know how to load papers in the input tray.
