My printer says that it is out of paper when it is not.  Looking at a previous answer, I have cleaned the rollers, unplugged the printer and re-plugged. then it says to "Update the Firmware" via a link to "www.support.HP.com".  However I get a message saying that the HP Customer Support Site is unavailable.  Do I have to wait until they get it sorted, or is there another way to do it?  Roy

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Have you tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-6520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5169038/model/51...?

You can update the firmware from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

Hi Betty0610

I have tried everything that you have put in your Post, and nothing works.  I still have the same error message and cannot print.  What now?

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
