HP Office jet Pro 8025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8025.  Black prints spotty.  I cleaned print heads and problem persists.  I went to change the black ink cartridge but it says it does not need to be replaced and will not let me open the panel to replace it.  How can I replace the black ink and continue to print.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, the ink cartridge could be the cause of the issue and has to be replaced. 

To know how to replace the ink cartridges, refer to this document. For a replacement ink cartridge, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I bought an 8025 printer Wednesday.  Prints color but not black.  I have gone through diagnostics.  Nothing has resolved issue
