Multiple attempts to reset HP Envy 7645. Keep getting the msg "paper jam"..I have followed instructions to clear it and keep getting the same msg. Also, there never was a paper jam...

Make sure you have tried all the steps mentioned in this document to clear a paper jam. If the error persists, resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.
Note: You will be able to perform the reset only if you are able to bypass the error message.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
