Officejet 6600 has printer failure message after injecting 3 oz. printerhead cleaning solution in each port. Can it be fixed?

Solution one: Reset the printer
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Turn the printer on.
After completing the above steps, try sending a print job to the printer.
If the Printer Failure error is resolved, continue to the next step to update the firmware.
If the Printer Failure error is still present, continue to the next solution.
The solution to these errors depends on if the message you are experiencing includes an error code.
