Product: Deskjet 3700
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

This printer is fine on regular paper, but when I print on cardstock, specifically scored name badges, the cardstock slips so that it ends up printing crooked.  Does anyone have a solution?

I understand you have issues with printing card stock on the HP Deskjet 3700 All-in-One Printer. Refer to the document Printer Specifications for HP DeskJet 3700 Printers to ensure you're using the supported paper type and size to print.

 

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

 

Try printing.
