HP Envy Photo 7155

I am trying to print and the error stating there is a paper jam keeps coming up.  I have looked everywhere for the paper jam but I do not see anything that could be causing the jam.   The printer is less than a year old.  Any thoughts?

Hi @lindabriggs

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you -

1) What's the size and type of paper that you are trying to print?

2) Are you able to move the carriage freely?

While you respond to that, I'd suggest you look for any jammed paper or obstruction inside the printer and also, try cleaning the rollers. Refer to step# 1 and 3 from this document

If the issue still persists, update the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
