I keep recvng error: "At least one of the cartridges has a problem."

Officejet 5255

My printer keeps displaying this error messge, " At least one of the cartridges has a problem." I have gone through the steps with the virtual agent and that has not worked. I have updated the printer and the error comes back up again. 

Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone know how to resolve it? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the cartridge error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
