I'm burnt out with all that and being involved with support and down loading drivers and updates etc

HP Desk Jet 3512 All in one printer > I have spent the last three hours reloading software troubleshooting everything suggested. by virtual assistant including re-spooling device, downloaded print, and scan doctor. Al;l of this was brought on by my roommate resetting network password.

Hi,

I will be happy to assist you if you can describe the problem that you are facing?

you have mentioned all this started after resetting the network password...are you now unable to connect to the network.

what does the print scan doctor say when you try to run it?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

My sympathies!  My Dad often says that the word "computer" is frequently mispronounced:  the correct pronunciation is "confuser"!
