Hi 

a little confused as to why this is happening. So the problems started with very low printer quality. I cleaned the cartridges alighned the printerhead for my printer to then say that i need to be enrolled in order to use the cartridges. So I then went online. Logged into my account for it to then say that im not connected to the internet. I am. So i’ve reset the router and printer still saying that I need to enrol. Very frustrating as I really need to use it!
