Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I’m trying to get my free ink for one month and then spent 299 a month for the ink but it’s telling me to put a code in and I put my code in and it saying it’s not working I don’t have a code but they’re telling me to put the email some of the email address in as the code and that’s still not working so I am stuck and I don’t know how to get this done right
