Product: hp deskjet 520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

My printer is 30 years old but worked fine so far. When I moved, I disconnected all my computer stuff, connected back. Since then the printer prints but only half lines and very small letters. I did the test run, installed a new ink cartridge, same thing.

I hope to find someone who has an idea to get it back to work and thank you in advance.

Glad to know that the printer was working fine for all these years. This also shows how well you have maintained the printer. kudos to you. However, due to the age of this product, there is no support available.

 

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
