How can you turn off ECO mode. My printer will print fine! However, after say 1 hour, it goes into sleep mode....I have to unplug, then once its plugged back in, after it reboots, it prints fine again!

@kerrblunk,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to turn off the sleep mode feature on the printer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check the available options. Not all the printers have the option to turn off the sleep mode.

To configure this feature, touch (eco button) on the printer’s control panel display, touch Sleep, and then touch the desired option.

The printer should wake up automatically if you give print command. As you have mentioned that it is not waking up, I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check whether the issue is resolved.
