I purchased 2 black 65xl cartridges for my envy 5660. when the in use Cartridge ran out, i replaced it with a new Cartridge. i am getting an error msg "remove and reinstall the indicated ink Cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK.". I have done this several times, i even opened and installed the other new Cartridge that i purchased and still the same message. I cleaned the copper area and still the same message. I can't get anyone on the phone to replace the Cartridges. What do i do?
