Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I installed the color cartridge and ran the clean and align cartridges.  Color worked.  A few days later I went to print something and the color didn't work.  I ran the clean and align again and color didn't work.  I put a new color cartridge in and ran the clean and align.  The color worked.  A few days later and the color didn't work again.  So it isn't because I don't have windows 10, as I run the clean and align directly from the printer screen.  I can't print color from my phone, tablet, laptop (windows 10), or computer.
