I have an Hp deskjet 3735

i received ink last year (I am an occasional printer) and my printer has run out of ink. I tried to sign in but it doesn’t seem to recognise me. I have tried to sign in again (reregister)  but it wants a code from me that will need to be printed off. But without ink I can’t do this. I have followed the instructions without success. 

 

Should I just go and buy ink and forget about the scheme. I am really frustrated.

I followed instructions to see what’s happening. So pressed the ePrint button and The info button at the same time. But the help printed off in German. 

 

Can anyone help?
