Product: HP OfficeJet 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet 6960 in order to Print i have to start with ruining my Printheds before i print if not I don't get a  print with all the colors, or almost a blank page, after I do Printheads at lest to level 2, I get a perfect print

That is a sign that your printhead is failing or will fail very soon. There is nothing much you can do, don't force too many cleaning cycles, if your printer is under warranty get it replaced if not start saving for a new printer. You are just wasting ink on cleanings.
