Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I received a printer bought in Saudi Arabia and the original ink cartridge is 650 black/ coloured. Now I used it here  in the Philippines and recently I bought HP 678 cartridge as a compatible replacement. However after installing it says that "incompatible cartridge". How do I make this work? please help me what to do, this printer is for education purposes of my children. Thank You.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I have the same case as TONTON. Appreciate if you can assist me with the regional setting to use HP678 as replacement for HP650. I bought my  HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-In-One in UAE and I am using it here in Philippines.
