HP Envy 4511 All in One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the HP Envy 4511 Printer and I keep getting the incompatible cartridges message but when I open up the printer the ink cartridges don't move over. I have tried to look up different things on the HP website but can not find anything relevant. I have updated the firmware and also restarted the printer. 

 

I am out of options. There is not any way I can even take out the ink cartridges because they don't move over.
