Incompatible Cartridges, need printer regionalization reset

HP DeskJet 2620
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer is giving an error message: Incompatible Cartridge - The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.

I know the document says I can contact the hp support to reset my printer because I bought the printer in Hong Kong but use it in the mainland of China. But how can I contact? The hp support in China says they cannot support the printers bought not in the mainland of China.

I use the 65XL Cartridge before, and now I want 803XL.

PS.

The document link is https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02558798

Can you help me for a regionalization reset?

---

Update:

I contacted the facebook hp support via https://www.facebook.com/HPSupport

and now the problem is resolved.

Welcome to HP Community,

It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer?

Please send the image of the Ink cartridge.

Keep me posted,

Cheers:)
