My printer is giving an error message: Incompatible Cartridge - The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.
I know the document says I can contact the hp support to reset my printer because I bought the printer in Hong Kong but use it in the mainland of China. But how can I contact? The hp support in China says they cannot support the printers bought not in the mainland of China.
I use the 65XL Cartridge before, and now I want 803XL.
