Hi,

 

I just move to UK and I tried to find ink cartidgres for my printer. In my home country the code for the cartridge is: 670. I found that in UK the 364 cartridge is the equivalent one, but the printer doesn't recognize it. Is the any way to fix this?

Hi,

 

This printers are regionalized and the printers work with cartridges only for that region.

this printer has to be regionalize to EMEA region for it to use 364 cartridge. Please contact HP phone support using the below link

https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html   and get the printer regionalized to work with 364 cartridges.

Actually, I already checked out the link that you have provided me, I was trying to contact HP support by phone, but I never could find the phone. It's no easy to find it across the different options of the website.
