Incompatible Ink Cartridge message with HP cartridge installed
Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
NUMEROUS threads/questions on this issue. New "geniune HP" cartridges are installed and we receive "Incompatible Ink Cartridge" as an error message. The only viable solutions I have seen are to use the old, accepted cartridges and refill them or buy a new different brand printer. This is a serious issue with HP mentality to fill up the landfills with these perfectly fine machines and no fix?! YEP - I'm in the "buy a new non-HP printer" category...sometimes you have to know when to cut your losses and move on to a better company. Bye, Felicia!
