Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried every solution suggested cleaning the portals as well and restarting the printer. nothing seems to work how much would it cost to have a technician fix the issue? any other suggestions to help please the printer is 4 years old and is out of warranty.

Appreciate you trying the steps, this looks like an issue with the ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the ink replacement.

I have put brand new black ink cartridges in as well and same result. So i do not believe it is an ink cartdrige problem.

This could be a printhead failure. The printheads are non-removable on this printer. So, the printer needs to be serviced to resolve the issue.
