Incompatible Printhead error on HP Officejet 6600

Hello everyone,

Previously, I was getting faulty printhead errors that the latest firmware update fixed, temporarily.  Now i'm getting an Incompatible Printhead error.  I've tried all the "fixes" from this community (re setting the printer, changing all the ink cartridges, etc.) and nothing is working.  Some other posts were mentioning that there's a power source issue.  Does anyone have a solution for this issue?  Thank you in advance.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
