Product: Officejet 4632

Hi, I have 4 years with my printer and is the first time that it say Incompatible Cartridge. I don’t what more do, I changed the cartridge but it still saying incompatible cartridge, I did see the video and did it cleaning with water and coffee filter and nothing is changing. What I need to do now?

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
