My screen is stuck on Load Paper. I am attempting to set this printer up to use for the first time. I have loaded paper and it obviously isn't detecting the paper. I cannot get past this screen, nor can I get the printer to detect that paper is in the load tray already. HELP please

It did not work. Still has same “load paper in tray” message. 

Any other suggestions?
