when this appeared, I thought my black cartridge deflated. I bought a genuine cartridge right away but after installing the new one, problem is still the same. BTW, I already followed all the steps/instructions what the virtual assistant suggest (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05365403) even installing the new firmware, but nothing happens ☹️. Hoping for your abrupt feedback on this. Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the cartridge error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
