Ink Cartridge Problem - HP 5520

My HP 5520 printer gives this error message 'One or more cartridge appear to be missing or damaged' . I bought a new set of cartridges to replace the old cartridges but it is still showing the same error message.

 

Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the cartridge error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
